ABOUT THE CARDINALS
In winning eight of its last 11 games, the Cardinals have averaged 80.0 points, shot 47.9 percent from the field, 40.5 percent from the three-point line (94-of-232), limited its opponents to 42.1 percent accuracy from the field and allowed an average of 70.1 points. UofL has shot 50 percent or better from the field on five occasions during that 11-game stretch.

Since scoring 25 points against Indiana on New Year's Eve, over the last 18 games Donovan Mitchell has averaged 19.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.1 steals and has made 55-of- 132 three-pointers (.417). He has scored at least 16 points in 10 of his last 11 games, including 20 points, five rebounds and two steals against Notre Dame in the Cards' last game. In league games only, Mitchell is sixth in the ACC in scoring (18.1), tied for second in three-pointers made (2.9 per game), 10th in free throw percentage (.825) and leads the league in steals (2.1 per game).

After missing six games with a hip injury, Quentin Snider has averaged 14.1 points, 4.3 assists and has made 18-of-39 three-pointers (.462) over the last seven games. In his last game against Notre Dame, he totaled 17 points -- 15 in the second half -- six assists and made 4-of-5 three pointers. His current stretch of 18 straight games with a three-pointer is tied for the third-longest in the ACC. Snider is third in the ACC and 31st nationally in assists turnovers ratio (2.68).

In the last three games, Ray Spalding has averaged 10.3 points, 8.7 rebounds, shot 68.4 percent from the field (13-of-19) and has blocked three shots. Combined with Jaylen Johnson off the bench, the Cardinals' power forward combo has averaged 17.6 points and 11.3 rebounds in those three games. Spalding and Johnson combined for 14 rebounds against Notre Dame in UofL's last game.

ABOUT THE BLUE DEVILS
Luke Kennard made two clutch jumpers in the final 2:04 and No. 14 Duke beat Clemson 79-72 on Wednesday to advance to the Atlantic Coast Conference quarterfinals. The Blue Devils entered the ACC Tournament as the No. 5 seed.

Kennard ranks third in the ACC with an average of 35.6 minutes per game. Despite the workload, he leads the ACC in scoring (20.1) and ranks second in three-point percentage (.450). Amile Jefferson has blocked a career-high 48 shots this season and his 121 blocks rank 10th on Duke's career chart. Kennard was a unanimous first-team All-ACC selection, while Tatum was a third-team pick. Tatum earned All-Freshman Team honors and Matt Jones was named to the All-Defensive Team.
