Cards move up to No. 31 in the latest ITA team rankings
The University of Louisville men's tennis team has moved up 13 spots to No. 31 in the latest 2017 Intercollegiate Tennis Association team rankings released on March 14.
"The players are happy that our ranking continues to move up," said UofL men's tennis coach Rex Ecarma. "It shows that we are moving in the right direction and that we have put a lot of effort in developing. We still have several areas individually that have to get better, because we play so many nationally-ranked teams in the next six weeks.
The Cardinals (11-3, 2-1 ACC) are in the midst of a seven-match win streak, most recently defeating then-No. 28 Notre Dame 4-3 in an ACC matchup at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center on March 11.
