Setter has helped UofL stay atop the ACC rankings at 12-2

Louisville's Wilma Rivera and NC State's Kaitlyn Kearney have been selected as the ACC Volleyball Co-Players of the Week. Chinaza Ndee of Pittsburgh has been tabbed as the ACC Volleyball Freshman of the Week.

Rivera played a critical role for the Cardinals in wins over Wake Forest and Duke. The junior setter from Carolina, Puerto Rico, racked up 85 total assists for the two matches, along with eight kills on a .471 hitting percentage and 40 digs.

Kearney was stellar for the Wolfpack in wins over Syracuse and Boston College. The senior middle back from Frisco, Texas, didn't record a single hitting error during the two matches, tallying 21 kills on a .700 hitting percentage.

Ndee shined for the Panthers in wins over Miami and Florida State. The rookie middle hitter/right side hitter from Jersey Village, Texas, hit at a .429 clip, adding 14 total kills, 12 total blocks and two digs.
