Melanie McHenry has been nominated for the D1 Volleyball HERO of the Week award, an award from HERO Sports that recognizes the best individual performances of the week for NCAA sports. McHenry had a match-high 18 kills and 11 digs last week against Florida State.

The award is determined by fan votes and the poll closes this Friday at 11 a.m. Pacific. Votes may be cast once per hour until the deadline and the winners will be announced Friday afternoon. McHenry is one of 10 student-athletes that have been nominated for this week's D1 Volleyball award.
