Men's Tennis Hosts Louisville Invitational

Cards will be in action this weekend at the Bass-Rudd Tennis
The University of Louisville men's tennis team is set to host the 2017 Louisville Fall Invitational October 13-15 at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center. Admission is free.
"We are excited about hosting a good field of teams and players," said UofL head coach Rex Ecarma. "This is always one of my favorite weekends of the season and a great chance for our fans to see UofL play before next semester. We have four good players representing us and they have prepared well and are ready to compete."
The tournament field consists of 14 teams including the host Cardinals who will be represented by
Federico Gomez, George Hedley, Ciro Lampasas and Parker Wynn. The other participating teams include Ball State, Butler, Cleveland State, DePaul, Illinois State, Kentucky, Lipscomb, Middle Tennessee, Tennessee Tech, Toledo, UT Chattanooga, Wright State and Xavier.
The tournament format features three flights of singles and doubles and will be played on the indoor and outdoor courts with doubles play starting at 9 a.m. on Friday.
