Hi Cards Fans!

I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Brianna Lester, a freshman from Dallas, Texas.

It's the day before the Red & Black scrimmage and I couldn't be more ecstatic. My teammates and I have been working really hard this summer and we have a lot of powerful weapons this year. All the hard work and energy will be put on display at the matches this year!

This morning during preseason we had individuals. Each player got to work on the skills they need for that specific position.

After that we had regen and lift with our workout trainer Zach. Once we showered we headed to our new academic center to eat the yummy food! Then I got to take a lovely nap and get ready for our evening session.

During the evening session we played each other and worked on different offenses and defenses. After practice we took an ice bath and got to eat cookie cake! Our team celebrated the end of preseason with a dessert party.

Throughout preseason I've learned a lot quickly and I am very thankful for my wonderful coaches and teammate's help along the way. I seriously cannot wait for the season to start and I know you fans are pumped up too!
