WHATTT??? It's the last day of preseason??? Yes that is right, it is!
Not only was it the last day but it was also a late start for us. We got to sleep in a whole two hours! And had Individuals for an hour and half.
After Individuals were over we had to go to lift and some maintenance work for our bodies and did some stretching.
We then went to lunch at our beautiful new center called Thorntons Center.
After lunch we went and got our blood drawn to test our iron levels. That was scary!
Before our next practice we did a little dance session to get us warmed up and it was great. We were blasting the music in the gym and we're getting after it.
We started practice by teaching the newbies how to do our game day warmup. After that we played a few games against each other.
After practice we took our last ice bath of preseason and went to dinner.
Since it was the last day of preseason our team did a little bit of a celebration and one of the girls place and we all brought our favorite dessert and had a great foodie party. (Don't tell the trainers). If you asked us we would say we had a pretty good last day of preseason!
