•   Saturday's victory for the Cardinals marked the first ever meeting between Louisville and Texas Southern.
•   Louisville improved to 7-0 all-time against current members of the Southwest Athletic Conference.
TEAM
•   Head coach Rick Pitino earned his 400th victory at Louisville with Saturday's win.
•   UofL improved to 105-14 all-time at the KFC Yum! Center, now in its seventh season as the home of the Cardinals.Â
•   The Cardinals have won 52 of their last 53 non-conference games at the KFC Yum! Center.
•   The 102 points for Louisville were the most since registering a 111-63 win against Grand Canyon on Dec. 5.Â

•   Louisville finished with just nine turnovers marking the third time this season they have finished with nine or fewer in a game.
•   The Cardinals equaled a season-high with 10 steals against Texas Southern.
•   Saturday's performance marked the second time this season Louisville has finished with 10 steals and nine turnovers in a game matching the totals against William & Mary on Nov. 14.
•   UofL produced three runs of 8-0 or better on Saturday and the Cardinals have a total of 20 runs of 8-0 or better this season.
•   The 43 points from the Louisville bench marked a season high.
•   Louisville is 172-9 over the last 16 seasons under Pitino when scoring 80 or more points, including 3-0 this year.

•   Junior Quentin Snider registered his 25th career double-figure scoring performance, including the fifth this season, with his team-high 15 points.
•   Snider finished with a career-best six rebounds, one better than his previous high of five.
•   Snider also dished out a team-leading four assists – his third straight game with four assists and the sixth time in 10 games he has finished with four or more assists.
•   Sophomore Donovan Mitchell produced his 18th career double-figure scoring game with 12 points against Texas Southern.
•   Mitchell attempted a career-high nine three-point shots on Saturday.
•   Junior Jaylen Johnson registered his seventh career double-figure scoring performance and the fifth this season with Saturday's 11 points.Â
•   With eight rebounds on Saturday, Johnson has finished with eight or more rebounds in six of 10 games this season.
•   Sophomore Deng Adel produced his third straight double-figure scoring outing, his sixth on the season and the 10th of his career with the 11 points against Texas Southern.
•   Adel finished with a career-best three blocked shots Saturday, one more than he had in his previous 31 games at Louisville.
•   Senior Mangok Mathiang reached double figures in scoring for the third time in four games, the fifth time overall this season and the ninth time in his career with his 10-point effort on Saturday.

•   Freshman V.J. King reached double figures in scoring for the fourth time with Saturday's 13-point outing.
