Louisville and Kentucky are scheduled to play 36 holes in a dual-match competition.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The second annual Battle of the Bluegrass State, which features the University of Louisville and Kentucky women's golf teams, on Saturday has been moved to the Chariot Run Golf Club in Laconia, Ind.
The event was originally scheduled to be held in Port St. Lucie, Fla., but had to be relocated due to inclement weather. Start time for the 36-hole contest is set for 9:15 a.m.
Louisville and Kentucky faced each other in dual-match competition last year, with the Cardinals earning a six-stroke victory in the first edition of the tournament at the par-72 PGA Village St. Lucie Trail Golf Club. Emily Haas and Katie Mitchell each shot a 2-over-par 74 to tie for first place.
