Between the two semesters, the Cardinals accounted for 16 Dean's List honors, and Haley Andreas, Emily Haas, and Sara Karlsson each earned their bachelor's degrees in the spring of 2015 while Katie Petrino graduated in 2014.
Athletically, the Cardinals secured recorded three tournament victories, including a win over Kentucky in the inaugural Battle of the Bluegrass State. Katie Mitchell, who secured one of the three individual wins, Mitchell tied for 14th at the 2015 NCAA South Bend Regional, the highest finish by a Louisville student-athlete at an NCAA regional since Sara-Maude Juneau tied for runner-up honors in 2008.
UofL's men's basketball, men's cross country, women's golf and softball teams are among the top 10 percent in their respective sports in the latest APR, which measures academic eligibility, retention and graduation for student-athletes.
