Volleyball Set to Host Two Spring Matches

The University of Louisville volleyball team is hosting two spring matches this weekend with two long-time rivals as the University of Illinois visits April 11 and the University of Kentucky squares off with the Cardinals on April 12. Both matches are at 3:30 at Cardinal Arena and open to the public.
The Cardinals are coming off their inaugural voyage into the ACC and their roster includes All-ACC first teamers Katie George and Janelle Jenkins. Freshman middle blocker Tess Clark and junior setter Katie George were named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-East Region Team. In addition, Clark won the East Region Freshman of the Year Award.
