
Swimming Concludes Competition at Mesa in Day 4 Finals

After the last day of finals, the University of Louisville sent four swimmers back for second swims at the Arena Pro Series at Mesa in Mesa, Ariz. at the Skyline Aquatic Center.
In the 200-meter IM, Tanja Kylliainen, who qualified sixth with a time of 2:16.73 moved up a spot, shaving .80 off her prelim time with a 2:15.93. Teammate Andrea Cottrell placed 23rd with a time of 2:23.68 earlier today.
In the men's 200-M IM, Carlos Claverie, who qualified 7th with a time of 2:05.90, dropped .45 from his prelim with a 2:05.45 and moved into sixth place.
Andrea Kneppers was a 16th seed time of 56.42 in qualifier in the 100-meter freestyle prelims and then dropped .20 and moved into 9th place after the finals. Kelsi Worrell touched 13th with a time of 56.66 in the same event.
