
Men's Tennis Continues Fall Play at Indiana and Virginia

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville men's tennis team will continue fall play this weekend at the Indiana University Invitational and the Virginia Ranked #1 Invitational.
The Indiana University Invitational will also feature players from eight other schools including: Dayton, Xavier, Indiana, IPFW, Citadel, Youngstown State, Ball State, Illinois State. UofL will be represented by junior Jeffrey Brown, sophomore Santiago Salazar and freshmen Pally Ray and Courtney Lock.
"This will be a great way to start the fall season for Santiago Salazar and Pally Ray in that this tournament will provide a lot of match play and will bring great experience," said UofL head coach Rex Ecarma. "This is also an opportunity for Courtney Lock and Jeffrey Brown to play as a doubles team. Both of them are accomplished doubles players."
The UVA Ranked +1 Invitational will feature players from nine schools: East Tennessee State, Furman, George Washington, Louisville, Middle Tennessee, Old Dominion, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest. Louisville's lineup in the tournament will consist of: Sebastian Stiefelmeyer, Albert Wagner, Chris Simich and Michael Lippens.
"I'm excited for our guys playing in this tournament," said Ecarma. "They all built momentum last weekend at the Duke Fab Four Tournament and hopefully it will continue to grow this weekend against some tough competition."
