
Swimmer Medals at Youth Olympics in Nanjing

At the Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games, UofL swim signee Carlos Claverie won a bronze medal in the 100-meter breast stroke, posting a 1:01.56.
Claverie, a member of the Venezuelan National Team, is an accomplished breaststroker. He already owns the Venezuelan national record in the 200-meter breast. Claverie represented his home country at the 2011 Pan-American Games, the 2013 World Championships, and the 2013 Junior World Championships where he was a finalist in the 100-breaststroke.
