The Louisville Cardinals volleyball team (11-7, 3-3 ACC) hits the road this weekend heading for Syracuse on Friday evening at 7 p.m. and then on to Raleigh to face NC State on Sunday at 2 p.m.
The Orange has a 4-4 home record and are 7-11 overall. Syracuse hope to halt a six game losing skid and stand at 0-6 in the ACC. Former UofL head coach Leonid Yelin will be looking for his first league win of the year. Head coach Anne Kordes played for Coach Yelin as a setter.
The Cards will then take on North Carolina State in Raleigh, N.C. where the Pack have a 7-0 record at home and a 12-5 schedule overall. NC State has lost its last four conference games, its last loss against No. 4 Florida State, while having one ACC win against Syracuse. The Wolfpack's Tanna Aljoe ended with 45 assists and 12 digs against Georgia Tech, recording her second double-double this season, and five players had double-digit kills in the game at Wake Forest. The Pack will be looking for their second ACC win against Louisville on Sunday, October 19 at 2 p.m.

UofL hit .324 with eight blocks and 54 digs to even its ACC mark at three while moving to 11-7 for the season. Notre Dame hit .038 with three blocks and had just 26 kills to UofL's 46.
