
Men's Tennis Concludes Play at Georgia Tech Invitational

ATLANTA - - The University of Louisville men's tennis team completed play at the Georgia Tech Invitational. The Cards picked up nine wins in the tournament with two doubles teams reaching the Flight `A' semifinal rounds.
The doubles team of senior Adam Donaldson and freshman Chris Simich posted wins over teams from Georgia Tech and Auburn to advance to the `A' doubles semifinals where they fell 8-4 to eventual champion Daniil Proskura and Carlos Taborga of Alabama. On the other side of the `A' bracket, freshmen Albert Wagner and Van Damrongsri defeated teams from Georgia State and Armstrong Atlantic and lost 8-1 to Georgia's Garrett Brasseaux and Eric Diaz in the semifinals.
Simich picked up two singles wins on the weekend.
