Castellanos and Kom Wrap Up Play in the Hurricane Invitational

Miami, Fla. - University of Louisville women's golfer's Maria Castellanos and Danielle Kom completed action in the Hurricane Invitational on Tuesday afternoon in Miami. Castellanos finished tied at 57th while Kom finished 87th.
Castellanos shot a 79 in the first round and a 76 in the second round. She wrapped up play shooting an 82 for a score of 237. Kom shot a 91 in the first round and an 87 in the second round. She finished up play shooting an 86 in the final round for a score of 264.
Castellanos and Kom competed as individuals while the team did not compete. Central Florida won the tournament with a score of 894. While San Diego State's Christine Wong took medalist honors with a score of 217.
