
Men's Tennis Completes Day One of Ball State Invitational

MUNCIE, Ind. - - The University of Louisville men's tennis team opened play at the Ball State Invitational Friday.
In the `A' Division, sophomore Sumit Gupta defeated Wisconsin Green Bay's Paul Swanson 7-6, 6-1 to advance to the second round of play. In the `B' Division, sophomore Adam Donaldson topped Illinois State's Skip Spann 6-4, 0-6, 10-7. Also in the `B' division, Marquette's John Schwerin beat senior Tim Barnoud 4-6, 6-2, 10-5.
The Ball State Invitational will continue Saturday.
