Post-college ambition: Working at a hotel and open my restaurant
Person with greatest influence in athletic career: Family, Arthur Albiero
Biggest thrill in sports: Swimming at the Olympics, European Junior Champs where I got 3rd on the 200 fly and we won the 400 medley relay with a new meet record
Athlete you most admire: Alexander Popov
What impresses you most about your coach: How great of a person he is. He is open for everything, wants to know everything and he developed a special relationship with me. He is kind of my second father who raise me in America and made me become a man.
What has been your biggest obstacle to overcome: That I cannot do what everyone else does. Being a student-athlete is really hard because you don't have time for anything else. You have to sacrifice a lot.
Hobbies and outside interests: Any kind of sports, music, hiking, TV-games
Pre-competition superstition: There are little things I do, for example how I warm up before the meet.

Best advice you've gotten about sports: "That everything you learn and do in sports is related to real life."
Why you chose U of L: Because the head coach, Arthur Albiero
The moment you realized you were really good at your sport: In 2001 when I wanted to quit after the Hungarian Nationals but I ended up swimming a lot faster than I could of ever imagined so I realized maybe I should keep swimming.
If you won the lottery, you would use the money for: Buy a car and motorcycle, help my family, donate to U of L swimming, put it in the bank
The strangest thing that has ever happened to you while you were competing in your sport: One time when I was young we still had the 2 starts rule which means if you false started the first time you still had another chance. So I was doing backstroke but I false started so bad that they didn't let me back in the pool.
What is your favorite place you have ever visited: Italy
What is your favorite season or seasons of the year (spring, summer, etc.): Summer
