
Women's Golf in Seventh at LSU/Cleveland Golf Classic

Baton Rouge, La. - The University of Louisville women's golf team shot a 301 in the second round of the LSU/Cleveland Golf Classic on Saturday afternoon. The Cardinals are currently in seventh place with a score of 602, just three strokes out of second place. Florida State still leads the field with a score of 587 and Alabama is second with a score of 599.
Freshman Laura Anderson lead the Cardinals in the second round, shooting a 74. Anderson is tied for 10th with a score of 148. Florida State's Caroline Westrup hot a 68 in the second round and is tied with NC State's Lauren Doughtie for the lead with a score of 141.
Freshman Sara-Maude Juneau shot a 75 in the second round and is tied for 22nd with a score of 150. Junior Amanda Henry shot a 78 in the second round and is tied at 28th with a score of 152.
Senior Jenny Calkins carded a 76 in the second round and is tied at 36th with a score of 153. Junior Cindy LaCrosse shot a 76 today and is tied at 40th with a score of 154.
The Cardinals will wrap up play in the third and final round on Sunday.
