Volleyball Heads for Florida for Spring Training

The University of Louisville volleyball team is heading toward warm weather, bright sunshne, beaches and, oh yeah, competitive volleyball today as the Cardinals fly out to Sunny Isles, Fla. for spring break training.

The Cardinals will fly out Friday afternoon and begin training Saturday with pool workouts and team practices.

U of L will also train on the beach, in the gym and lift weights at a local gym throughout the week preparing for a tournament on Saturday, March 17th. The tournament field consists of Barry University, Fl. International, Florida Atlantic, and Dade County.
