
Cards Move Up in National Rankings

The University of Louisville's Damar Johnson and Slavko Radman are ranked ninth in the Fila Collegiate Tennis Doubles Rankings administered by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. Radman jumped from No. 99 to No. 53 in singles. U of L moved up three spots in No. 47 in the team rankings.
Johnson, a senior from Steer Town, Jamaica, and Radman, a senior from Split, Croatia, have teamed for a 15-5 overall record and are 6-2 as the Cards' top seed. They began the season at No. 26 in the preseason rankings and were No. 24 in the Jan. 9 rankings, before reaching the highest ranking in Louisville history at No. 7. Radman has posted a 16-8 overall mark and is 10-4 as the Cards' No. 1 player.
The Cardinals (7-11) will travel to defending national champion, No. 15 Pepperdine on March 31.
