
Men's Tennis Closes Play at Georgia Tech Invitational

ATLANTA - - The University of Louisville men's tennis team completed play at the Georgia Tech Invitational Saturday.
Sophomore Tim Barnoud defeated Vanderbilt's R. Smith 5-7, 6-2, 6-4 in Flight `B' singles. He was then edged 7-6(4), 7-6(5) by Auburn's T. Nugent. Sophomore Morten Sivertsen fell 7-5, 7-5 to Georgia Southern's B. Mallet in the `B' consolation bracket.
Sophomore James McArthur lost 7-5, 6-0 to Georgia Tech's R. Smith in the `A' singles consolation draw.
The Cardinal duo of McArthur and Robert Rotaru lost to Georgia's Hills/Motes 8-5 in `B' Doubles.
