
Rainaud In Seventh at Xavier Intercollegiate

Cincinnati, Ohio - Freshman Adam Rainaud of the University of men's golf team is tied for seventh place overall after two rounds of the Xavier Intercollegiate on Monday.
The Cardinals are in ninth place after shooting 581, which is 26 strokes behind leader Indiana.
Rainaud is off to his best start in his young career after firing 72-70=142 -- a 11 shots behind Jeff Overton of Indiana.
Senior Brett Jones is tied for 14th after shooting 143, including a second round score of 68.
Freshmen Daryl and Derek Fathauer, who are twins, are also tied on the scoreboard, shooting 148 to tie for 48th.
Senior Charlie Woo rounds out the Cardinals top five with a 65th-place standing after shooting 78-73=151.
The third round will begin on Tuesday morning.
