Two-time University of Louisville All-American setter Tori Dilfer Stringer joined the Cardinal volleyball staff as Offensive Consultant in August of 2025.

Her role as offensive consultant supports the coaching staff by delivering insight, analysis, and mentorship to maximize team offensive performance and player growth. She will devise innovative offensive systems tailored to the team's strengths as well as develop tactical playbooks, offensive sets, and side-out strategies. She will use her expertise in running offenses as a setter to analyze opponent defenses to identify weaknesses and recommend adjustments to the staff. She will provide detailed feedback to the coaching staff to support their training of setters and hitters by using video analysis and performance metrics. Also included in her duties will be providing the coaches with scouting reports and in-game offensive adjustments. In addition, she will guide athletes through professional development and career preparation after their eligibility is completed.

Stringer, who played setter for the Columbus Fury of the Pro Volleyball Federation, competed collegiately for TCU and Louisville. She was Louisville’s first-ever first team All-American and helped the team to the program's first ever NCAA National Semifinals in 2021. She also gained two years of experience with the USA National Team and was on the Volleyball Nations League roster in 2023.

As a Cardinal, she was named AVCA First Team All-American in 2021, the AVCA Third Team All-American in 2020 and was both a two-time ACC Setter of the Year and a First Team All-ACC member. She led the Cardinals to an undefeated regular season in 2021 and was also named MVP of the All-Louisville Regional team as well as being named the East Region Player of the Year. She was invited to train with the 2021 US Collegiate National Team and was a Honda Sport Award Finalist after amassing 2,675 assists and 501 digs in her career as a Card.

Prior to her career as a Cardinal, she played two seasons at Texas Christian, where she was named to the All-Big 12 second team after racking up 1,134 assists during her sophomore year in 2018.

Professionally, Stringer played for Athletes Unlimited in 2022 before she signed a contract to play for Italian Series A1 team Wealth Planet Perugia Volley in the 2022–23 season. In 2024, Stringer joined the Pro Volleyball Federation's Atlanta Vibe. In March 2024, the Vibe traded her to the Columbus Fury in exchange for the Fury's 2025 and 2026 first-round draft picks.
