Addina Tritle was hired in 2016 as the director of operations for the University of Louisville rowing team. Tritle has supported the team through multiple years of regattas, training trips, scrimmage, and daily practice at the G. Garvin Brown III Rowing Center, doing most of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the team running smoothly.

Prior to joining the Cardinals rowing program, Tritle worked two years with the University of Louisville Intramural Department as a department assistant while pursuing a Masters of Sport Administration. During that time, she also worked as an adidas intern with UofL’s Compliance Department. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sport Administration in 2012 from UofL.

“Although I knew nothing about rowing before this position, I’ve come to appreciate the commitment and effort that is required from every student-athlete who chooses to row in college” says Tritle. “The team is so incredibly welcoming and wonderful, and I only hope that my daughter Lila can one day be surrounded by friends and teammates such as these.”

Born in Louisville, Tritle spent the majority of her life in Michigan before moving back to the Commonwealth to attend the University of Louisville and pursue her passion in athletics. When away from work and school, you can probably find Tritle at a UofL sporting event with her daughter Lila and husband Will, or spending time outdoors with friends and family.
