High School: Pazienza helped South Oldham to a combined 54-9-2 record over the last three seasons. During her senior campaign, she led them to a 23-3 record and a trip to the KHSAA state championship game. She finished with six goals and three assists as a sophomore, five goals and three assists as a junior and five goals and six assists as a senior. In 2021, she was named All-Region Honorable Mention.
