2015-16: Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll…Closed sophomore season with a fifth-place finish in the second varsity eight boat at the ACC Championship… Also competed in the 2V8+ at Michigan and at Clemson Invitational… Rowed in the second varsity four in a win at the ACC/Big Ten Challenge… Competed in the varsity four boat for a victory at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational.
2014-15: Rowed in the third varsity eight boat at the ACC Championship earning a runner-up finish… Competed in the second varsity four at Michigan… Was in the varsity four boat and earned a win at the Clemson Invitational… Also competed in the varsity four boat at the Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational… Rowed in the second varsity eight boat at the Oregon State Classic and ACC/Big Ten Dual.
2013-14: Rowed the Cardinals' varsity four crew, which finished fourth in the C final at the 2014 NCAA Championship as Louisville was 17th overall in its first appearance... Rowed in the Cardinals' title-winning varsity four boat as the team won the American Conference Championship... Was also in the varsity four boat at the Clemson Invite and the Pac-12 Challenge.
Prior to UofL: Rowed with the Cincinnati Junior Rowing Club in the lightweight 4 that finished third at the Youth Nationals in 2012 and in the women's varsity eight that earned second in 2013 at the Youth Nationals... Trustees scholar at University of Louisville... Also competed in basketball, soccer and track previously.
Personal: Born on Jan. 6, 1995... Daughter of Mike and Kit Staubitz... Has two brothers, Jake and Gus... Majoring in economics with a minor in English... Post-college goal is work in the business field following a long trip around Europe… Chose Louisville because she knew if she didn’t, she would be missing out on something great.
