Cardinals Prepare for Spring Rowing Season

UofL kicks off the spring season on March 14 with the 14th annual Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville rowing head coach Derek Copeland has released the Cardinals' spring 2026 schedule.
Louisville opens up its spring by hosting the 14th annual Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational March 14-15 in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The invitational will be followed by the Sarasota 2k March 27-28.
The Cardinals compete in two events during April: The Southern Intercollege Rowing Association Regatta, otherwise known as the SIRA Championship, April 17-18 back in Oak Ridge followed by the Lake Wheeler Invitational April 24-25 in Raleigh, N.C.
Louisville returns to Raleigh for the ACC Championships May 15-16 to wrap up the season.
