Associate head coach Allison Daley joined the Louisville lacrosse staff on June 28, 2021. Since arriving at Louisville, she has primarily worked with the defense and goalkeepers, helping the Cardinals achieve numerous program milestones while consistently standing among Atlantic Coast Conference and NCAA Division I leaders.

Season Highlights at Louisville

Most recently, the 2026 squad posted a 6-9 overall record and went 2-8 in Atlantic Coast Conference play with wins over Florida State and California. The season saw the Cardinals take on seven teams ranked among the top-25 in the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association poll including NCAA semifinalist North Carolina.
• Following the regular season, sophomore goalie Haley Richards earned All-ACC Third Team distinction. Richards also was tabbed an IWLCA midseason All-American honorable mention. Richards and Scroggie etched their names in the school record book and made their presence known on the national stage.
• In her first year as a starter, Richards led the nation in saves per game with 11.93 and paced the ACC in saves with 179, standing fifth nationally. Her .499 save percentage stood atop all ACC goalies and ranked seventh nationally.She posted a school record 19 saves against Florida State, the third highest total for any Division I goalie in the 2026 campaign.

•The 2025 campaign saw the Cardinals battle through adversity, posting a 7-10 overall record and 1-8 mark in ACC play with 10 players sidelined due to injury. After starting the season with an upset of No. 15 Denver, Louisville appeared at No. 19 in the USA Lacrosse Magazine rankings, but the injuries took their toll throughout the year.
• On Feb. 10, the Cardinals were ranked No. 19 in the USA Lacrosse Magazine weekly top 25 following a 10-8 season-opening win over then-No. 15 Denver.
• Graduate senior Ashley Osborne closed her career having played in 82 career games, setting a new school record. She led the team with 25 ground balls. She accumulated 106 in her career, becoming the eighth player in program history with 100 or more ground balls.
• Senior J Pleck finished her career with 258 saves, becoming the seventh player in program history to surpass the 200 save mark. She is ranked fifth on Louisville's all-time list.

• The Louisville women’s lacrosse team finished 8-11 overall and 3-7 in ACC play, marking a program milestone with their first-ever ACC Tournament win over Virginia Tech.
• Nicole Perroni earned multiple honors, including IWLCA Second Team All-American and USA Lacrosse All-America Honorable Mention, and was named to the All-ACC First Team, alongside Second Team honoree Kokoro Nakazawa.
• Sara Addeche finished her senior season ranked first in the ACC and ninth nationally in saves and first in the conference in saves per game with 8.63. She set a new program record for career saves with 360 saves in 55 career games. She tied her own career-high and program record with 18 stops in the victory over Marquette, the fourth most saves in a single game across the nation in 2024 season

• Louisville earned victories over ranked opponents, including a notable win against No. 25 Colorado early in the season. They also secured key ACC wins over Duke and Pittsburgh.
• Senior midfielder Nicole Perroni was named to the All-ACC Second Team, IWLCA All-Region Second Team, and earned an Honorable Mention from USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American. Freshman Negai Nakazawa was recognized on the ACC All-Freshman Team
• Junior Sara Addeche earned several spots in the Cardinals record book, including No. 3 in single-season saves (153) and No. 5 in single-season save percentage (.445), No. 7 in career goals against average (13.11), No. 6 in career saves (195), and No. 6 in career save percentage (.395). She was also named the ACC Co-Defensive Player of the Week for the first time in her career. After tying the school record for saves with 17, she went on to set a new mark with 18 against Notre Dame.

During her first season with the Cardinals Louisville finished 7-11 overall. The Cardinals lost four close games by only one goal against Colorado, Virginia, Ohio State, and Notre Dame while recording wins over Virginia Tech, Vanderbilt, and Cincinnati.
• Graduate Caroline Blalock was named All-ACC Second Team and USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American Honorable Mention, while senior Hannah Morris and junior Nicole Perroni were named to the IWLCA All-Region Second Team, and Ava Coyle was named to the ACC All-Freshman Team.

Success on the World Stage
Daley currently serves as the Co-Head Coach along with Teeter for the Canadian Women’s National Team. She was previously an assistant coach for Teeter at Canisius, while also serving as his associate head coach of the Canadian U-19 team that won silver at the 2019 FIL U-19 Women's Field Lacrosse World Championships.

At Canisius
Daley took over the reins at Canisius prior to the 2018 season after Teeter left Canisius for the head coaching position at Louisville. She served as head coach of the Golden Griffins for four seasons.

In her first season at the helm, Daley led the Blue and Gold to a 6-2 MAAC record and the program’s eighth-straight appearance in the conference title game.

In four seasons, Daley coached nine All-MAAC members and three MAAC All-Tournament selections, highlighted by 2018 MAAC Offensive Player of the Year Jourdan Roemer and 2018 MAAC Midfielder of the Year Jen Reininger. Roemer and Reininger also received All-ECAC and IWLCA All-Region honors during the 2018 campaign.

In her first stint on Canisius’ coaching staff, Daley served as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator under Teeter. She helped lay the foundation for a program that won back-to-back MAAC titles and advanced to the NCAA tournament in each of her two seasons. Daley recruited and coached Morgan Leonard, the 2012 MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, and coached seven all-conference honorees.

At Delaware
Daley spent the 2017 season as an assistant coach at Delaware, where she helped lead the Blue Hens to nine victories and a berth in the 2017 CAA semifinals. Delaware finished the 2017 season ranked seventh nationally in goals against average.

At Binghamton
Before Delaware, Daley spent four seasons on the coaching staff at Binghamton. During her time with the Bearcats, Daley mentored 11 all-conference honorees and also played a significant role in leading BU to the program's single-season lowest goals against average in 2016. Additionally, midfielder Rebecca Golderman, one of Daley's recruits, became the program's first-ever America East Rookie of the Year.

Playing Days at Canisius
Daley played for Teeter at Canisius and was an elite goaltender and team captain who enjoyed a decorated playing career. She was the MAAC Defensive Player of the Year in 2010 and earned MAAC Tournament MVP honors after leading the Griffs to their first conference title in 2011.

She was a three-time All-MAAC selection and became the program's first IWLCA all-region selection following her senior season. The Blue and Gold alumna twice earned all-tournament team honors, and graduated holding school records for career saves (662) and goals against average (11.66). In 2022, she was inducted into the Canisius Athletics Hall of Fame.

Team Canada
Daley won silver medals with the Canadian national team at the 2017 World Cup in England and the 2017 World Games in Poland. Also in 2022, she helped Team Canada earn a silver medal at the World Cup in Towson, Maryland. Later after that, Team Canada took down Team USA, earning a gold medal during the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, Alabama.

Personal
A native of Petersborough, Ontario, Daley received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Canisius in 2011 and went on to earn her master's degree in sport administration from the school in 2013.
