Allison Daley joined the women's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach on June 28, 2021.

During her first season with the Cardinals in 2022, Louisville finished 7-11 overall. The Cardinals lost four close games by only one goal against Colorado, Virginia, Ohio State, and Notre Dame. Coach Teeter and the Cardinals hope to capitalize this next season with wins on those close battles. They recorded wins over Virginia Tech, Vanderbilt, and Cincinnati.

Graduate Caroline Blalock was named All-ACC Second Team and USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American Honorable Mention, while senior Hannah Morris and junior Nicole Perroni were named to the IWLCA All-Region Second Team, and Ava Coyle was named to the ACC All-Freshman Team.

Daley played and served as an assistant coach for Teeter at Canisius, while also serving as his associate head coach of the Canadian U-19 team that won silver at the 2019 FIL U-19 Women's Field Lacrosse World Championships.

Daley was named head coach at Canisius prior to the 2018 season after Teeter left Canisius for the head coaching position at Louisville. She served as head coach of the Golden Griffins for four seasons.

In her first season at the helm, Daley led the Blue and Gold to a 6-2 MAAC record and the program’s eighth-straight appearance in the conference title game.

In four seasons, Daley coached nine All-MAAC members and three MAAC All-Tournament selections, highlighted by 2018 MAAC Offensive Player of the Year Jourdan Roemer and 2018 MAAC Midfielder of the Year Jen Reininger. Roemer and Reininger also received All-ECAC and IWLCA All-Region honors during the 2018 campaign.

Daley spent the 2017 season as an assistant coach at Delaware, where she helped lead the Blue Hens to nine victories and a berth in the 2017 CAA semifinals. Delaware finished the 2017 season ranked seventh nationally in goals against average.

Before Delaware, Daley spent four seasons on the coaching staff at Binghamton. During her time with the Bearcats, Daley mentored 11 all-conference honorees and also played a significant role in leading BU to the program's single-season lowest goals against average in 2016. Additionally, midfielder Rebecca Golderman, one of Daley's recruits, became the program's first-ever America East Rookie of the Year.

In her first stint on Canisius’ coaching staff, Daley served as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator under Teeter. She helped lay the foundation for a program that won back-to-back MAAC titles and advanced to the NCAA tournament in each of her two seasons. Daley recruited and coached Morgan Leonard, the 2012 MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, and coached seven all-conference honorees.

Daley played for Teeter at Canisius and was an elite goaltender and team captain who enjoyed a decorated playing career. She was the MAAC Defensive Player of the Year in 2010 and earned MAAC Tournament MVP honors after leading the Griffs to their first conference title in 2011.

She was a three-time All-MAAC selection and became the program's first IWLCA all-region selection following her senior season. The Blue and Gold alumna twice earned all-tournament team honors, and graduated holding school records for career saves (662) and goals against average (11.66).

Daley won silver medals with the Canadian national team at the 2017 World Cup in England and the 2017 World Games in Poland. Also in 2022, she helped Team Canada earn a silver medal at the World Cup in Towson, Maryland. Later after that, Team Canada took down Team USA, earning a gold medal during the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, Alabama.

A native of Peterborough, Ontario, Daley received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Canisius in 2011 and went on to receive her master's degree in sport administration from the school in 2013.
