Senior: In his senior campaign, Korey competed against Tennessee, Notre Dame, Purdue Invite, Cincinnati, and Kentucky. His best finish on 1-meter was against the Bearcats where he scored 249.60, placing him second. He posted a 3-meter best of 271.80 at Notre Dame. Unfortunately, Korey was unable to finish the season after being injured at the Kentucky meet.
Junior: Korey competed on both boards at the BIG EAST Championships. In the 3-meter competition, he qualified for the consolation final, where he finished 16th with a score of 219.60. In the 1-meter competition, he finished 13th with a score of 251.60. Korey had his best dual meet performance against Cincinnati during which he recorded second place finishes on both boards.
Sophomore: Korey qualified for BIG EAST for the second straight year and scored points for the Cardinals and made the B-finals with a 14th place and a score of 248.45 in the 1-meter. He had finished 15th in the 3-meter board with a score of 220.30. He helped the Cards to a second place finish in the diving portion of the BIG EAST Championships.
Freshman: As a freshman, Korey qualified for BIG EAST in diving, where he made the consolation finals and placed a team-best 13th on 1-meter. He placed 16th on 3-meter, also in the B-finals. Korey dove in the 1- and 3-meter events for the Cardinals and scored against Tennessee, Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Notre Dame and Kentucky.
Prep: Korey came to the University of Louisville from Concord High School and Starz Diving Club. He was coached by Bob Burns. Korey made it to the State Championships his sophomore, junior and senior years. He placed first at the 2009 regional competition and twelfth at the state competition in 2008. Some of his diving achievements include four varsity high school letters in diving, conference and sectional diving champion during his junior and senior years, regional champion during his senior year, six dive and eleven dive school record holder, as well as the conference and sectional record holder. He was also the 2009 recipient of the Brown Masten Mental Attitude Award. He was team co-captain his senior year.
Personal: He is the son of Kelley Schrock. Born March 3, 1991. His major is communication.
