2025-26: During the Dual Meet Season: Against Xavier, Ethan competed in the 50 freestyle with a time of 20.55. He also competed in the 400 freestyle relay with a 45.71 split. His final event against Xavier was the 200 medley relay with a split of 20.02. In the meet against Notre Dame, Chauliaguet swam a 43.93 split, while placing third in the 400 freestyle relay. When swimming against Missouri, his team placed first in exhibition of the 200 medley relay, where he swam a split of 22.06. Next, he competed in the 50 freestyle where he finished fourth with a time of 19.90. Against Cincinnati, Ethan swam the 50 freestyle in 19.86, earning third. In his final event, the 200 freestyle relay, he placed second with a split of 19.97. At the Texas Showdown, he was 11th in the 100 free (43.83) and was on the sixth place 400 free relay team (2:57.69) and the fifth place 200 medley relay squad (1:25.04).
2024-25: Ethan joined the Cardinals in January, as a sprinter. He was fourth in the 50 free versus Indian (19.97). At Kentucky, he was second in the 50 free (20.12). He won the 50 free at the First Chance meet with a time of 19.83 and second in the 100 free (44.83).Prep: Ethan swam for Coach Bilel Ayouaz at US Villejuif Natation Club. He gained international experience at the Irish Nationals where he won the 50M Free (22.66) and was third in both the 100M free (50.57) and 50M fly (25.15). At the French Elite Championships, he was seventh in the 50M free (22.32). In the 19e Elite French Championships, he was sixth in the 50S free (21.72) and was second in the Pierrelatte Open in 2024 where he was second in the 50M Free (22.74). At the 2024 French Junior Short Course Championships in Montlucon, France, he was fifth in the 50 free (22.49) and 10th in the 100 free (50.26).
Personal: He is the son of Cyril and Betty Chauliaguet. Born July 6, 2005. Major is computer science.
