Jeremy Randolph joined Holly Aprile's staff as the Director of Softball Operations in September 2023.

Randolph comes to Louisville after two years at the University of Central Florida, where he served as the director of baseball operations for the Knights.Â
Â
Prior to his time at UCF, Randolph spent a year playing baseball for the State College Spikes after being selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 26th round of the 2019 draft.

As a collegiate athlete, Randolph played baseball at Wright State from 2015-18. Over the course of his career, the right-handed pitcher helped the Raiders to three Horizon League Championships and three NCAA regional appearances.Â

After graduating from Wright State, Randolph played one season for Alabama as a graduate transfer. Randolph led the Crimson Tide in appearances (22) and saves (9. Â

 The Miamisburg, Ohio. native earned his bachelor's degree in business finance from Wright State in 2018. He went on to earn his master's degree in sport management from Alabama in 2019. Jeremy and his wife, Anna, reside in Louisville.
