Junior Season (2009): Played in four games for Louisville... Scored a goal against Villanova... Picked up a ground ball against Lafayette... Had a draw control against Bryant and Lafayette to go along with a caused turnover against Lafayette... Had a 1.000 shooting percentage.
Prior to U of L: Competed for two seasons at the University of Massachusetts prior to transferring to U of L... Played in nine total games in two seasons in Amherst, earning one start as a sophomore against Harvard... Scored one career goal for UMass against La Salle on April 13, 2008... Also caused two turnovers and picked up two ground balls while at UMass... Was a teammate at UMass with current Cardinals Ashley King and Aimee Dixon.
High School: A 2006 graduate of Ramapo High School where she was a four-time fi rst team all-league selection and a threetime all-north jersey selection... Owns high school record for groundballs with 383 and assists with 72... A two-year letterwinner in basketball and one-year letterwinner in track where she earned all-league honors... Earned three academic awards during her senior year in science, social studies and an award for academic excellence as well as the 2005 French award.
Personal: Born on May 28, 1988... Daughter of Lynne and Gary Ward... She has two brothers, Garrison (23) and Tyler (16)... Majoring in interior architecture at U of L... Father Gary played college baseball at Biscayne College and her brother Garrison played baseball at Western New England College.
