
Louisville Lacrosse Releases 2026 Schedule

Cards will play nine home games
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville lacrosse coach Scott Teeter has announced the schedule for the upcoming 2026 season.

The Cardinals will play nine home games this season featuring Atlantic Coast Conference matchups against Syracuse, Florida State, California, Virginia and Pittsburgh.Â

Louisville's 2026 slate includes five teams that finished the 2025 season ranked among the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association including top-ranked and reigning national champion North Carolina along with No. Stanford, No. 9 Duke, No. 12 Virginia and No. 16 Syracuse. The Cards will open the season on Feb. 10 when they play host to Ohio State. Four days later, Louisville will hit the road for Blacksburg, Va., to face Virginia Tech in its conference opener. After returning to UofL Lacrosse Stadium for a non-conference contest against Kent State, the Cardinals will go back on the road to take on North Carolina in another ACC matchup.

In the final week of February, Louisville will open a three-game homestand starting with a non-conference game against Canisius and followed by back-to-back conference contests against Syracuse and Florida State. The Cards will spend the next two games on the road at Cincinnati and Duke before kicking off another three-game home stretch against California, Vanderbilt and Virginia.

In early April, Louisville will make the cross-country trek to Stanford and return to UofL Lacrosse Stadium for its final home game of the season against Pittsburgh. The Cards will travel to South Bend, Ind., for their season finale against Notre Dame.

The 2026 ACC Women's Lacrosse Championship will take place April 22-26 in Charlotte, N.C.
