2017-18: Competed in seven outdoor events and four indoor events … competed in 800m, mile, 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m … named to All-ACC Academic Team … qualified for NCAA East Preliminary Round, finishing fifth with season-best time of 16:15.69 … finished fourth at ACC Championships, earning Second Team All-ACC honors … season-best times: 800m (2:23.23), mile (4:59.50), 1,500m (4:31.04), 3,000m (9:40.16) and 5,000m (16:15.69).

2016-2017: Competed in five meets during outdoor season… set a personal record in the 1500m with a time of 4:30.42 for a third-place finish at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational… set a career record in the 5,000m with a time of 16:42.02 for 10^th place at the ACC Outdoor Championships… won the Louisville Invitational in the 5,000m with a time of 17:29.13.

2015 Cross Country: Competed in four races this season … opened up the season finishing sixth at Evansville Early Bird … Set a career best time in the 6K finishing in 22:34.5 at the Pre-Nationals Invitational … took 69th place at NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 22:35.6 … recorded yet another career best at the Greater Louisville Classic finishing the 5K in 18:22.66.

2014-15: Competed in four events during the indoor and outdoor season…placed fourth in the 1,500m at the Louisville Twilight finishing in 4:36.20…finished fifth in the 3,000m race at the 2015 UT Challenge crossing the finish line in 9:53.90…finished 15th in the 800m at the ACC-Big Ten Challenge…competed at the ACC Outdoor Championships and finished 20th in the 5,000m race.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in four races as a freshman … opened the season with a 14th-place finish at the Flyer 5K behind a time of 19:29.5 … also competed in the Commodore Classic and the Greater Louisville Classic … finished 102nd at the ACC Championships.

Prep: Ran both track and cross country at Assumption High for coach Barry Haworth … member of 2012 track state championship team … competed in the 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m in track … member of the cross country state championship teams in 2011, 2012 and 2013 … cross country team qualified for Nike Cross Nationals from 2011-13 … 2012 Kentucky 3A state champion in cross country and the 1,600m in track … also played soccer for one year.
