LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's cross country team will conclude their season at the 2025 NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 22.
The championship event, hosted by the University of Missouri, will be staged at Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Columbia, Mo. The men's 10K will begin at 11:10 a.m. ET and the race will be televised live on ESPNU with coverage beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET.
The Cardinals earned an at-large selection to the field in Columbia as one of 32 teams that will contest the national championship meet, the sixth time the men's team has qualified for NCAAs in program history and the first since 2015.
Louisville will be represented at the national championship meet by seven men: Elsingi Kipruto, Ian Kibiwot, Geoffrey Kirwa, Gustav Bendsen, Spenser Wolf, Jackson Nolan, and Jack Moore.
Last time out at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships on Nov. 14, the Cardinals placed sixth in the team standings for their best finish at the meet in a decade, led by Kipruto's individual runner-up finish.
The Cards also got All-Region performances from Kirwa (22nd place) and Kibiwot (24th place), marking just the fourth time in program history the Louisville men have had at least three of the top 25 individual finishers at the regional meet.
