It's Senior Day in The Ville as the Cardinals take on Virginia Tech in their final home game of the 2019-20 season. Wear Red for the seniors and get in your seats early as CardNation honors the collegiate careers of Keith Oddo, Fresh Kimble, Jordon Nwora, Steven Enoch, Ryan McMahon, and Dwayne Sutton.

- Senior Day Festivities
- 4:30 pm – Senior Poster Giveaway: Pick up your 2020 Louisville Basketball Senior Poster when doors open. The posters, courtesy of Wendy's, will be available on the concourse to the first 10,000 fans.
- 5:30 pm – Senior Day Ceremonies: Settle in early to help us honor the 6 student-athletes and 3 student managers in the senior class and all they've accomplish throughout their time as a Cardinal.
- Wear Red for the Seniors: In an annual tradition, CardNation is encouraged to "Wear Red for the Seniors" for the final home game of the season. This energy in has propelled the Cardinals to wins in 16 of its last 18 Senior Day games!
- Putt for Pappy: The Bluegrass State's favorite halftime contest is back! One lucky fan will have the opportunity to make a putt the length of the court to win a bottle 23-year Pappy Van Winkle.
- Donor Room Menu: Donors with access to the Spirit Room, the Legends Room, and the Hickman-Camp Room can enjoy the following menu, courtesy of the Cardinal Athletic Fund.
- Legends Room & Spirit Room: Herb Roasted Turkey Breast served on a freshly baked bun with lettuce, tomato, and red onions served with homemade kettle chips, horseradish pickles and potato salad. Accompanied by Henry Baines sauce and an assortment of Boar's Head Condiments.
- Hickman-Camp Room: Freshly Carved Turkey Breast with Shredded Lettuce, Tomato and Horseradish pickles. Finished with Roasted Chipotle Mayo on a freshly baked bun and served with House made Kettle Chips, Potato Salad, Cookies and Brownies.

On Today's Ticket: To honor the Cardinals' tradition and great players throughout its history, UofL's season tickets this year feature a different individual each game. The March 1 ticket features Donovan Mitchell. Mitchell played two seasons with the Cardinals (2015-17) before departing for professional basketball. He was honored on the 2017 All-ACC first team, All-ACC Defensive team, USBWA All-District IV team and NABC All-District 2 first team. In his sophomore year, the Greenwich, Conn. product helped lead the Cardinals to a 25-9 record against the nation’s third-toughest schedule, a tie for second in the ACC and a No. 10 ranking in the final Associated Press poll. Mitchell led the ACC in steals (70, 2.0 per game, 23rd in the nation) and paced the Cardinals in scoring (15.6 points per game) and three-point field goals (80, 8th most in a UofL single season). Mitchell was selected by the Denver Nuggets with the 13th pick overall in the 2017 NBA Draft first round and was subsequently traded to the Utah Jazz, where he currently leads the team in scoring in his third season there. In 2017-18, he led all rookies in scoring, averaging 20.5 points, won the 2018 NBA Slam Dunk title and received the NBPA Leader of the New School Award (best rookie). He was a first-time NBA All-Star in 2020, the first Cardinal to achieve that honor in 45 years. |
