2023-24: Sprinter Caleb Duncan finished second in the 50M free at the meet with Tennessee (23.17) and was on the third place 400M free relay (3:27.63). AT the Notre Dame meet, he was on the winning 200 medley relay team that put up a 1:26.49 and was on the third-place 400 free relay team that boarded a 3:02.75. At the Missouri meet, he finished second in the 50 free (20.19) and was on the third place 400 free relay team that turned in a 3:00.23. Against rival Kentucky, he touched second in the 50 free (20.09). In the double dual with Wisconsin and Indiana, he was seventh in the 50 free (20.27) and was on both the 200 medley relay and the 400 free relay. Against Cincinnati on Senior Day, he was on both the winning 200 medley relay team (1:24.98) and the 200 free relay (1:18.75). Individually, he was third in the 50 free (20.11) and fourth in the 100 free (45.06).
2022-23: Caleb Duncan went to his second straight NCAA Championship as a relay alternate. Duncan made the C-final of the 50 freestyle at the ACC Championships where he finished 20ths. He was 26th in the 100 free and 38th in the 100 fly. In the regular dual meet season, he helped the Cards win the 400 Free Relay against Xavier where he also finished fourth in the 50 free and second in the 200 Medley Relay. At Tennessee, he was seventh in the 50 free and eighth in the 100 free before finishing third in the 400 Free Relay. At Notre Dame, he finished fifth in the 50 free and seventh in the 100 free before helping the Cards B-relay touch third. At the Purdue Invitational, he finished 10th in the 50 free, third in the 400 Medley Relay, 19th in the 100 fly, 15th in the 100 free and sixth in the 400 Free Relay. At Missouri, Duncan was fifth in the 50 free, 400 Free Relay and the 200 Medley Relay. Against rival Kentucky, Duncan was second in the 200 Medley Relay, third in the 50 free (20.22) and sixth in the 400 Free Relay. Against Indiana, he was eighth in the 50 free and fourth on the 200 Medley Relay and second in the 200 Free Relay. He helped the Cards win both the 200 Free Relay and the 200 Medley Relay and was second in the 50 free against Cincinnati on Senior Day.
2021-22: Caleb made his first NCAA appearance last year when he anchored the 200 free relay with a split of 19.42. At the Tennessee Last Chance Meet, he turned in a third place finish in the 50 free with a 20.05 and was seventh in the 100 free with a 44.67. At Kentucky, he was third in the 50 free with a time of 19:95 and was part of the third place 400 free relay team with a split of 43.96. He was fifth against Indiana in the 50 free with a 20.01. At the Purdue Invitational, he was seventh in the 50 free (20.09) and was a part of the second place 200 free relay with a split of 19.63. He touched third in the 50 against Cincinnati with a 20.22. During the summer of 2022, he competed at the Phillips 66 US Nationals where, after making the finals after a 22.36 swim-off, touched 18th in the 50M free with a time of 22.68. An excellent student, he was named to the ACC Academic Honor and the University of Louisville AD Honor Roll.
2020-21: Duncan continued to add valuable depth to the Cardinals’ lineup throughout his second year in The Ville. He finished third in the 50 freestyle and sixth in the 100 freestyle at the Louisville Invitational and placed fifth in the latter against Kentucky. Duncan also raced to fourth in the 50 freestyle and eighth in the 100 freestyle versus Notre Dame.
2019-20: Duncan had a stellar first season with the Cardinals, earning himself a spot as a relay alternate for the NCAA Championships before the meet was canceled. He finished fifth in the 50 freestyle (20.60) at the NCAA Last Chance Meet after finishing second (20.13) in that event at the UofL First Chance Invitational. At the Purdue Invitational, he placed 11th in the 50 freestyle (20.03) and 16th in the 100 freestyle (45.15). Duncan recorded nine top-8 finishes throughout dual meet competition, highlighted by a second-place showing in the 50 freestyle (21.08) against Xavier.
Prep: Arriving in The Ville from Spring, Texas, Duncan competed for Klein High School where he earned both NISCA and USA Swimming Scholastic All-American honors. As a senior, he sprinted to gold in the 50 free and was the 100 free runner-up at the Texas 6A State Championships after finishing fifth and sixth, respectively, in those events during his junior season. Duncan did his club swimming with Dads Club Swim Team under head coach Rey Aguilar where he achieved multiple Speedo Sectional and Junior National finals appearances. He finaled in the 50/100 free combo at the 2018 Juniors West Championships and holds best times of 20.09 in the 50 free and 44.80 in the 100 free.
