
Louisville Finishes 24th at NCAA Championships

Warren Thomis carded the first 54-hole score under par for a Louisville golfer in NCAA Championship history.
CARLSBAD, Calif. – The University of Louisville men's golf team finished 24th in the NCAA Men's Golf Championship at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa.
Warren Thomis led the Cards, finishing 1-under-par (215), one shot short of making the individual cut. The sophomore ended the weekend in a tie for 32nd, the fifth best all-time finish by a Louisville golfer at NCAAs. His score in relation to par is the best 54-hole score in program history at an NCAA Championship.
Andrew Tan and Easton Johnson wrapped up their collegiate careers this weekend, finishing 5-over-par and 8-over-par, respectively. Tan posted a 1-under-par 71 in the final round of action.
Brady Smith shot 9-over-par this weekend and Cooper Claycomb shot 12-over-par on the weekend despite a strong round three score of 1-over-par.
