
Lacrosse Lands Program Record 23 Players on All ACC-Academic Team

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The University of Louisville placed a program-record 23 student-athletes on the Atlantic Coast Conference All-ACC Academic Lacrosse Team as announced by the league office.
Ava Coyle, Negai Nakazawa, Abby Scully and Izzy Seikel earn the honor for the third time while Rian Adkins, Abigail Cole, Karli Kirchenheiter, Maggie McMahon and Ashley Osborne are recognized for the second time in their careers. Kelsey Commerford, Abbie Dunlap, Riley Engelberg, Charlotte Jackson, Catherine Kangas, Issy Leech, Sophie Macleod, Erin Nicholson, J Pleck, Cece Reilly, Olivia Scroggie, Ella Terrell, Morgan Vasseur and Reese Whiteman round out Louisville's selections.

Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
