
Moss Named PING Second Team All-American

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville senior Sebastian Moss was named a 2025 Division I PING Second Team All-America, the GCAA announced on Monday.
Josele Ballester of Arizona State, Daniel Bennett of Texas, Luke Clanton of Florida State, Ethan Fang of Oklahoma State, David Ford of North Carolina, Ben James of Virginia, Jackson Koivun of Auburn, Michael La Sasso of Ole Miss, Preston Stout of Oklahoma State, and Brendan Valdes of Auburn were previously named to the first team.
Moss joined Josiah Gilbert of Auburn, Ian Gilligan of Florida, Algot Kleen of LSU, Christiaan Maas of Texas, Phichaksn Maichon of Texas A&M, Jacob Modleski of Notre Dame, Tommy Morrison of Texas, Jase Summy of Oklahoma, and Jackson Van Paris of Vanderbilt on the second team.
Previously named a first team All-American by Golfweek, Moss had one of the top seasons ever by a UofL golfer, which concluded with an appearance in the NCAA Regional. The native of Pearland, Texas, posted three victories in his final season with the Cardinals and five overall during his career, which ranks second in school history.
This season, Moss led the Cardinals to the NCAA Tallahassee Regional after securing individual wins at the Bearcat Invitational, the Fighting Irish Classic and the Calusa Cup.
Moss closed the year with a 70.03 stroke average, which led the team. He posted top-20 finishes in nine of the team's 10 events and had six in the top 10.
The senior finished his career with a 71.80, which ranks third all-time in school history.
