11 Cardinals Ready for NCAA Outdoor Championships

The national championship meet will be staged at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. from Jun. 11-14.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville track & field teams are set to conclude the 2025 season at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships from Jun. 11-14 in Eugene, Ore.
The Cards will be represented on the national stage by 11 student-athletes in 10 events with KJ Byrd (men's decathlon), Ashley Callahan (women's pole vault), Lucy Fellows (women's heptathlon), Paul Kallenberg (men's decathlon), Geoffrey Kirwa (men's 3000m steeplechase), Roman Kuleshov (men's triple jump), Sharvari Parulekar (women's triple jump), Layla Roebke (women's 3000m steeplechase), Synclair Savage (women's long jump), Jayden Ulrich (women's shot put & discus throw), and Jade Whitfield (women's discus throw) all slated to compete in Eugene.
The 12 qualifications to the national championship meet stands as the most for the Cardinals since the NCAA moved to a two-site qualification system in 2010 and also ranks them in a tie for second-most among ACC schools this season.
Live results for the meet can be found here, while the full competition schedule for Louisville athletes can be found below. Additionally, portions of the meet will be broadcasted on the ESPN family of networks, while each field event will have an event-specific stream on ESPN+.
The field in Eugene will feature 24 student-athletes in each event, 12 from the East Region and 12 from the West Region, that punched their tickets to the national championship meet two weeks ago at the NCAA regional preliminaries.
The top eight finishers in each event will be recognized as First Team All-Americans, with those that finish 9-16 being named Second Team All-Americans and those that finish 17-24 earning Honorable Mention All-American distinction.
