LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville track & field teams are set to conclude their regular season when they split between Kentucky's Jim Green Invitational and Texas A&M's Alumni Muster.
The majority of the team will make the short trip to Lexington for the Jim Green Invitational, which will be contested over two days from May 2-3. Competition will begin tomorrow morning at 2:30 p.m. ET with the women's hammer throw before track events get underway at 4:30 p.m. ET with the women's 400m hurdles.
Additionally, six pole vaulters will travel to College Station for the Alumni Muster, a one-day event set for May 3. The men's pole vault will get Saturday started for the Cardinals at 12:30 p.m. ET, while the women's pole vault is slated to begin at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Last weekend at the Jim Freeman/Clark Wood Invitational, the Cardinals made the most of their only home meet of the 2025 outdoor campaign, seeing 24 top-five individual finishes with 29 personal-best performances.
The Cards also saw a trio of program records fall as Lucas Couron (men's pole vault), Lucy Fellows (women's heptathlon) and Kiyah Yeast (women's 200m) all climbed to the top of the program record books last weekend at Card Park.
Entering the final weekend of the regular season, the Cardinals boast 25 marks that are currently qualified for the NCAA East Regionals, including 20 marks that rank among the top 50 nationally.
