Cards Return to Action for Rod McCravy Memorial Invitational

The meet, hosted by the University of Kentucky, will take place at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center in Louisville from Jan. 10-11.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville track & field teams return to the track after the holiday break at the Rod McCravy Memorial Invitational on Friday, January 10 and Saturday, January 11.
The two-day event hosted by the University of Kentucky will take place at the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center in the West End of Louisville.
Friday's competition will begin at 12:00 p.m. ET with the men's and women's high jump events, while the day's track events are set to begin at 3:00 p.m. ET with the first round of the women's 60m.

Admission to the meet for spectators will be free with parking available in surface lots provided by the facility for a $5 fee.
The meet's field will feature a total of 15 schools, including seven Power Four programs. Cincinnati, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Purdue, and UCF will all be represented in addition to the Cardinals and Wildcats.
The Cards return to action for their third meet of the year after competing in a pair of meets in early December at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener and the Louisville Opener.
Between the two competitions, Louisville athletes totaled 25 performances that currently rank among the top 10 in program history, led by Geoffrey Kirwa's freshman record time of 13:46.14 in the men's 5000m.
