Bianco Named to USA Field Hockey Travel Roster for 2024 Junior Pan American Championship

Izzy Bianco selected to the U.S. U-21 team travel roster for JPAC; Lauren Masters, Rylie Wollerton named non-traveling alternates
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville's Izzy Bianco has been selected to the USA Field Hockey Under 21 travel roster for the 2024 Junior Pan American Championship while Lauren Masters and Rylie Wollerton were tabbed as non-traveling alternates.

Following three selection camps and a training camp, Bianco will travel with the U.S. Junior National Team as part of the 18-athlete roster that will compete at the women's Junior Pan American Championship (JPAC) which will take place July 2 to 12 at the Tamanawis Park in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. The event is a qualifier for the 2025 FIH Hockey Junior World Cup (JWC).

Bianco, a rising junior from Berlin, N.J., has been a member of the USA Field Hockey U21 team since 2023. The midfielder has played in every game for the Cardinals for the past two seasons, helping Louisville to a pair of NCAA tournaments and registering an assist in the 2023 quarterfinal game at Northwestern.

Masters, a midfielder from Pittstown, N.J., played in 21 games as a freshman in 2023, helping the Cardinals reach the NCAA quarterfinals. She was named to USA Field Hockey's RISE Women's National Team in 2022.

Wollerton, a rising junior forward from Gibsonia, Pa., is coming off of a career-best season in which she tied for the team lead with five goals and three assists. The ACC all-tournament selection tallied a pair of goals and dished out an assist to help lead the Cardinals to a 3-2 win over No. 13 Boston College in the quarterfinals of the ACC Championship
