
Louisville Men's Tennis Announces Spring Schedule

Cardinals will open season at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center on January 15
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville men's tennis head coach Rodrigo da Silva has announced the 2025 spring schedule, featuring matchups against 11 NCAA Tournament teams from last season. Highlights of the schedule include showdowns with Elite Eight contender Kentucky and multiple ACC powerhouses.
Louisville's season kicks off at home with a doubleheader against Eastern Kentucky on January 15 at noon and 5 p.m. at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center (BRTC), followed by Northwestern and Xavier on January 20.
The Cardinals then travel to Ohio State for the ITA Kickoff from January 24-26. Louisville will first face host Ohio State before playing either Princeton or Denver.
Back at the BRTC, Louisville hosts rival Kentucky and Belmont on February 2 in a high-profile doubleheader. The home doubleheader is followed by five straight road matches: at Cornell (Feb. 7), at Harvard (Feb. 9), at Indiana (Feb. 15), at Clemson (Feb. 28) to open ACC play and finally at Georgia Tech (March 2).
Louisville returns home to face North Carolina on March 7 at 4 p.m., followed by a doubleheader against Duke and Southern Indiana on March 9.
Louisville goes west for matches against Cal on March 13 and Stanford on March 15. Back home, the Cardinals face NC State on March 21 and host Wake Forest and Bellarmine in a doubleheader on March 23.
The Cards continue with ACC play with matches against Virginia Tech on March 28 and a doubleheader with Virginia and Tennessee State on March 30. The team then travels to face Miami on April 3 and Florida State on April 5.
In the final home stretch, Louisville takes on Middle Tennessee State on April 10 and wraps up the regular season with a doubleheader against Notre Dame and Dayton on April 12.
The ACC Championships will be held from April 15-20 in Cary, N.C.
