Cards Release 2023-24 Rowing Schedule

LOUISVILLE, Ky. –University of Louisville head coach Derek Copeland has released the Cardinals' 2023-24 rowing schedule.

The fall slate will open in late October when the Cards travel to Tuscaloosa, Ala., for the Head of the Black Warrior River. In November, Louisville will compete in Virginia's Rivanna Romp in Earlysville, Va. on the Rivanna Reservoir.

Louisville's 2024 schedule includes four regattas and three training trips starting with a visit to Sarasota, Fla., in December for winter training. The Cards will continue preparation with February trip to Cocoa Beach, Fla., where they will scrimmage Tennessee, followed by spring training in Oak Ridge, Tenn.

UofL will host the 12^th annual Oak Ridge Cardinal Invitational March 16-17. The Cardinals will wrap up the month of March by returning to Sarasota for the Sunshine State Invitational.

In April, the Cards will compete in a pair of regattas starting with the Southern Intercollegiate Rowing Association Regatta which will take place April 26-27 in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Louisville will then travel to Raleigh, N.C. for the Lake Wheeler Invitational slated for April 26-27.

Louisville will head back to Oak Ridge for its Derby Training Trip May 3-5 as a final tune up for the ACC Championships which will be held May 17-18 in Raleigh, N.C.
