
Cardinals Add Kiley Goff to Roster

Kiley Goff will join the Cardinals after two seasons at Maryland
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville softball coach Holly Aprile has announced that Kiley Goff will join the Cardinals for her senior season after transferring from Maryland.

Goff spent the last two seasons as Maryland's starting catcher and led the Big Ten in runners caught stealing with 13 while pacing the team with 42 runs in 2023. In 2022, she stood second on the team with a .445 on-base percentage and a .992 fielding percentage. During her two seasons with the Terps, she totaled 67 runs and swiped 31 bases and from behind the plate, threw out 24 baserunners attempting to steal.

Prior to her time in College Park, Goff played for Purdue in the 2021 campaign. As a freshman, she made an immediate impact, playing in all 44 games with 40 starts and finishing second on the team with 20 runs and 33 hits.

Before her collegiate career, Goff played for Harrison High School in West Lafayette, Ind., Goff was named the Journal & Courier Big School Player of the Year in 2019. The multi-sport athlete also lettered in volleyball and basketball.
